What happens if my boots don’t fit?

We like to work with our customers to get the best fit possible on the first try, however it’s possible you will need a larger or smaller size. As long as you have only tried your boots on briefly indoors, you can send them to our US distributor and we will make another pair for you with improved sizing, based on your description of the fit and how it can be improved. You pay the return shipping and we handle the outbound shipping on the new pair.

What happens if I just don’t like them?

We are a small, family owned company, and we invest a lot of time, effort and materials into making an amazing, unique pair of boots for every individual customer. However, if for any reason you decide that your new Gasolina boots are just not for you, that’s ok. As long as you have only tried them on briefly indoors, you can send them to our US distributor, and we will refund the purchase price of the boots, minus the cost of shipping and any special order fees (like custom leather or stitch colors).

The best address for returning boots can vary depending on your location. Contact us and we will send you instructions and the shipping address.

What happens if my boots are defective?

We guarantee our materials and workmanship for one calendar year, starting at the date they are delivered to your door. In the rare case of a defect, let us know right away and we will work with you to find the most efficient solution, whether it’s a full replacement for the boots, or reimbursing you for a repair at a local cobbler.
