We have a variety of shipping options. Here’s some basic information:
Standard US Shipping (2-3 weeks)
Every week we send a big box from here in Guanajuato, Mexico to our US distributor in Texas. This can take about 7 to 10 days. then your boots are forwarded on to you with UPS Ground – at which point we get you a tracking number – from then on they only take a few days to arrive at most US locations.
UPS Expedited Shipping (just a few days to anywhere in the world)
Expedited service by UPS is a fast and cost-effective way to get boots and jackets just about anywhere in the world in a matter of days. To most addresses in the USA it takes 2-3 days for delivery. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii can take 3-4 days. Western Europe takes about 3-4 days to arrive, although passing through E.U. or U.K. customs can take a while.
Customers in Canada and Europe will have to pay brokerage fees, import duties, and VAT upon delivery. Shipping to Australia and other Pacific Rim countries can take about 5 days.
International USPS shipping via our US distributor.
Some customers in Canada and Europe prefer that we mail their package with the US Post Office, as there are fewer if any brokerage fees. However, this means that first we must send the boots in our weekly box to our distributor in the USA, which adds an additional cost and time on our side. We do not send anything through the Mexican post office as the service can be very slow.
Eastern Europe and Russia
The most cost effective way to ship to countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, and Russia. The time and cost is also the same for countries like Iceland and South Africa.
To save money we ship to our US distributor first, who re-sends them with US Post.
We can also send to these countries with UPS Expedited but it is more expensive.
